This tented camp is our base for our 6 nights photography tour by van Bommel Safaris. It offers an intimate experience of Botswana’s pristine wilderness, with stylish safari tents, personal service, and a strong sense of exploration. From Selinda Explorers, you set out on game drives through a wildlife-rich area renowned for its large concentrations of elephants, lions, and other predators. A stay here is ideal for travelers seeking an authentic, refined safari experience far off the beaten track. The area is also a paradise for predators such as lions, leopards, and wild dogs. An abundance of birdlife and the picturesque landscape make it an excellent destination for nature lovers and photographers.

Photography Trip Delta-Selinda – Itinerary Description

We begin our journey in Maun, Botswana. From here, we fly by light aircraft into the Okavango Delta. A guided game-drive vehicle transfers us to Selinda Explorers Camp. From this base, we head out on two game drives per day: early in the morning and later in the afternoon, when wildlife is most active and easiest to spot. There will be plenty of opportunities for photography.

At this time of year, dramatic cloud formations often appear in the skies, creating stunning conditions for photography.

All meals and game drives are included in the trip.
