Gorongosa National Park in Mozambique is one of the few undiscovered wildlife areas in Africa, making this African photo safari exceptionally unique. Once known as the “Serengeti of the south,” Gorongosa boasts an abundance of indigenous flora and fauna. This pristine area is home not only to general game, lions, and wild dogs but also to a wealth of rare bird species.

This adventurous safari photo journey promises an exhilarating exploration of a wild area where nature showcases its pristine beauty. It’s a unique opportunity to savor the untamed wilderness of Gorongosa. Furthermore, this trip is suitable for both photographers and non-photographing companions.

Gorongosa: non-touristic

We start our journey in Johannesburg, South Africa, and fly to Beira in Mozambique. From there, we fly to Gorongosa National Park. For 7 nights, we stay in an intimate tented camp comprising 6 tents, each equipped with a shower and toilet. This photography expedition accommodates a maximum of 8 participants. Throughout our stay, we enjoy the luxury of two open Land Rovers/Land Cruisers, with a maximum of 4 guests per vehicle. Each vehicle is accompanied by a local guide and a professional photographer.

Every day is filled with adventure, featuring two game drives: one in the morning and another in the late afternoon/evening. This African safari photography tour presents exclusive opportunities for photographers.
